SCEON IS HIRING. We are looking for an efficient JS Team Lead to be a part of our team. As a good Team Lead, will be responsible for technical direction, team performance and successful delivery solutions that align with business goals and customer expectations.

Обязанности

• Lead a team of JS developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise using Node.js and JavaScript.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems using Node.js.
• Be responsible for smooth functioning of all technical operations.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and sprint planning, ensuring on-time and quality delivery of projects.
• Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
• Conduct 1 to 1 meeting and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in backend development and JavaScript ecosystem.
• Communicate with project owner as needed.
• Drive innovation and implement best practices to optimize code quality, performance, and reliability.
• Guide and motivate others towards achieving common goals.
• Hire and train exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical department.

Требования

• More than 6+ years of JavaScript experience.
• At least 4+ years of experience in Node.js development, showcasing a deep understanding of its functionalities and best practices.
• 2+ years of experience in managing software development teams.
• Experience in setting up processes and must have experience in architectural designs and patterns.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Have a strong JavaScript (ES6/ES7) knowledge.
• Proficiency in code versioning tools, with a particular emphasis on Git, demonstrating best practices in code maintenance and collaboration.
• Exceptional technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills, complemented by an up-to-date knowledge of the latest technological advancements.
• Expertise in database management and optimization, including extensive experience with MySQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Demonstrable knowledge of React, including its ecosystem and best practices, is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated precision and analytical skills, with an aptitude for logical problem-solving.
• Strong leadership skills with previous experience in a team lead or managerial role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English.
