Обязанности
- Review, process, gather, and compile accounting transactions and documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Conduct reconciliation of all accounts as needed, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain and update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare and distribute monthly and weekly financial reports for partners, summarizing financial performance and key metrics.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports through the collection, analysis, and summarization of financial data, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Respond promptly and professionally to transactional inquiries from client groups, providing detailed information and resolving issues as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial systems and processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
Требования
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, statistics, or in a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Finance.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions).
- Attention to details with an ability to spot numerical errors.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus (e.g. QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero).
- Fluency in English.
