We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to organize and oversee Safety, Security & Resilience Operations in Synopsys Armenia.
In this role you will have security personnel under supervision and will be responsible for development, implementation, refining and managing of quality safety and physical security programs to ensure Synopsys, its people, and operations are safe, secure, compliant, and resilient.
The position reports to the Senior Manager, Safety & Security Operations – Europe.

Требования
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal (mandatory).
- A working knowledge of local safety rules and regulations.
- Experience in managing a large security guard force.
- 5-10 years’ experience in the security or risk management field.
- Confident self-motivating individual.
- Must be highly adaptable and flexible.
- Working knowledge of Access control system and associated CCTV platforms.
- Experience working in a global environment with regional responsibilities.
Skills we are looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, communicating clearly and effectively.
- People management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to be a contributing member of the team with a vision for excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to work and to meet schedules.
- Possess well developed IT skills (Microsoft applications).
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
