We are Looking for our new SAP Business Consultant to join us.

Job responsibilities
- Participation in S/4HANA implementation and maintenance projects (including SAP S&P, FI-GL, FI-AA, FI-AP, FI-AR, CO) as consultant/senior consultant;
- Analyzing business requirements and doing Fit-Gap analyzes;
- Preparation of project documentation (blueprints, functional specifications, user instructions, test scenarios);
- Setting up and configuring, supporting, and maintaining S/4HANA modules (SAP S&P, FI-GL, FI-AA, FI-AP, FI-AR, tax, period end activities);
- Closely working with Technical Team to support end to end to Solutions;
- Mentoring junior team members and helping organization build S/4 HANA competency.
Required qualifications
- Experience in implementation or maintenance S/4HANA, especially SAP Finance and Controlling, SAP Sourcing and Procurement functionalities;
- Good knowledge of FICO areas, in particular GL, AR, AP, AA;
- Working knowledge of Order to Cash and Record to Report processes thorough the SAP system;
- Understanding of integration of financial and management accounting with ERP processes;
- Capable of handling integration issues between FI and CO, MM, TRM and Non-SAP systems;
- Understanding of SAP role and authorization concept;
- Expert in developing efficient functional specifications;
- Knowledge of S/4HANA Migration tools for greenfield implementation;
- Basic ABAP knowledge (understanding of BAPI, BADI, other enhancements, APIs, CDS, etc.);
- Understanding Fiori launchpad (tiles, roles, spaces, pages, etc.), experience in S/4HANA with Fiori user interface implementation;
- SAP Certificate in the Finance – as a plus;
- Strong background in finance and accounting processes;
- Good IFRS knowledge, ACCA, or other certifications -as a plus;
- Good knowledge of banking and finance industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members;
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
- Fluent in English, Russian;
- The ability to work in a fast-changing, dynamic, time-oriented, and evolving environment.
