Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ
- The Sales Professional is responsible for building favorable and excellent relationships with potential customers and attracting new customers
- Manage day-to-day operations in a targeted and efficient manner
- Find the perfect means of communication, both verbal and written, to present the gaming service to potential clients
- Connect and attract new customers both by phone and social media
- Presentation of company services to potential clients
- Providing potential customers with information about special offers
- Promote sales and sign-up new customers
- Collect and analyze the customers’ feedback
- Regularly pass a test on knowledge of the company's products
- Working with a customer base
- Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ
- 1 year experience in Customer Service, Sales (experience in Gaming sphere will be plus)
- Excellent communication, verbal skills
- Ability to attract new customers
- Ability to work in high pressure and in stressful situations
- Ability to work in an organized and responsible manner
- Analytical skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office will be plus
- Proficient in English and Russian languages (written and verbal) in addition to Armenian
