Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

• Prepare AML Audit checklists based on the license requirements regarding AML for various countries, such as UK, France, Malta, Sweden, Italy, Denmark, etc. (note: the number of licenses may vary), make corresponding updates whenever required
• Perform AML audits based on AML requirements for each regulated market
• Effectively and accurately export, review and analyze data from multiple sources, such as internal working tools by preparing corresponding working files with all the required information
• Make sure the customer on-boarding and due diligence activities, including the collection of required documentation and client information are collected properly.
• Prepare AML Audit guidelines/procedures based on AML requirements for each license, make corresponding updates
• Conduct independent research for identifying AML possible breaches, particularly regarding the performed CDD and EDD checks on customers and transactions
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing AML policies and procedures for each license and their validity; prepare reports regarding the findings.
• Coordinate work with responsible departments, professionally maintain the e-mail correspondence under the direct supervision of Compliance audit team lead
• Prepare high level audit reports based on the conducted complex analysis, participate in meetings, generate meeting minutes upon necessity
• Keep the official communication with the responsible AML officer for each country, to make sure that they proceed with solving the identified AML Audit issues
• Develop AML issue monitoring database and perform ongoing monitoring
• Accomplish daily/weekly tasks, as well as other additional tasks assigned by the Compliance Audit Management within the set deadlines
• Attend AML trainings and any other professional development programs to improve professional knowledge
• Exchange experience with team members by knowledge sharing if required

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• BA degree in a relevant field (preferably in Finance/Economics/Data Analytics)
• Relevant certification such as CAMS or other AML/CFT certifications (CAMLP, CFCS, CPAF) are a plus
• At least 1 year of working experience in a relevant field, such as AML/Compliance/Audit etc.nts
• Proficient computer skills, including Word and Excel
• Basic knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and industry guidelines, CDD, EDD
• Have strong research, analytical and statistical skills
• Be a detail-oriented multitasker and ready to work under strict deadlines, be stress-resilient and ready to meet new challenges
• Be a strong team player and be able to work both cooperatively in a team and independently
• Have strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening), proficient in English
