A Manager is a senior professional position leading advisory works and will perform as an individual contributor on client engagement teams. Senior Manager/Manager may take up the position of Team Leader.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

• Run client engagements from start to finish, which includes planning, executing, directing, and completing advisory projects and managing to budget.
• Supervise, train, and mentor senior consultants, and consultants on advisory projects and assess performance of staff for engagement reviews; perform in-charge role as needed.
• Undertake qualitative and quantitative analyses to develop and validate solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage related operations in internal and external digital solutions
• Collaborate with diverse client project teams;
• Support business development activity and proposals, building market eminence, develop client relationships, and pursuing new client opportunities;
• Manage project scope, quality, budget, risks, issues, teams and stakeholder relationships;
• Organize and lead discussions with clients during the preparatory and concluding stages of the advisory assignment,
• Assess and report risks during project and participate in the development and implementation of mitigation plans.
• Review the work done on each stage of advisory engagement;
• Review the compliance of all reports with Advisory Services Manual of GTI and relevant professional practices;
• Exercise professional judgment and suggest any potential areas for expert involvement,
• Evaluate the work of subordinate staff after each engagement,
• Proactively manage career – set goals and career plans with Senior Managers and Advisory Partners;
• Remain current on domestic and international regulations and guidelines as they pertain to, and affect the advisory process as well as business risks associated with the client,
• Consider the Ethics and Quality Control Manual, promote ethical and professional behavior and courtesy within the engagement team and in communications with the client’s staff.

• Advanced degree(s) (e.g., MBA, PhD, MD)
• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution with a relevant concentration (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, business, economics) and strong academic record (required)
• At least 5 years of related work experience
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization techniques (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik), including data integration, transformation, and management. Knowledge of Tableau server is considered as advantage.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, including experience working with APIs to retrieve and process data from external sources.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Strong knowledge of structured and unstructured databases, such as MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. Knowledge of Apache Hadoop is considered as advantage.
• Experience with cloud services, such as Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS), including data storage, security, and scalability.
• Familiarity with Linux commands, shell scripting, and server administration, including experience working with Linux-based operating systems, such as Ubuntu or Red Hat.
• Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data integration, including experience with tools such as Apache NiFi or Python libraries like Pandas.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker, for application deployment and management.
• Understanding of ICT related operations and digital solutions.
• Understanding of digital transformation tools and emerging technologies.
• Ability to organize planning and implementation of various stages of projects. Ability and experience to decompose projects into manageable work packages which would later pass on to the team.
• Experience in training staff and explain complex tasks in a comprehensible manner.
• Experience in managing corporate clients and executives of the highest level.
• Excellent report review skills.
• Confident at speaking.
• Good command in expressing his/her thoughts.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English.
