Gravity, a dynamic and rapidly expanding company, is seeking a responsible and motivated professional to join our team as a Senior Project Coordinator. In this key role, you will be instrumental in coordinating all aspects of project implementation, working closely with team members to ensure the successful achievement of our company's strategic goals.

- Coordinate and oversee all project processes, ensuring seamless execution.
- Plan project implementation stages and timelines, tracking performance and deadlines for high-quality delivery.
- Develop and manage a monitoring and evaluation system for effective project implementation.
- Plan processes, resources, and materials required to complete projects within specified timelines.
- Collaborate with the team to formulate short and long-term project strategies.
- Participate in the implementation and standardization of process management systems within the company.
- Prepare contracts and executive acts to facilitate project execution.
- Perform complex calculations for risk assessment, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Provide regular analytical reports for each project stage.
- Undertake business trips abroad as necessary.
Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ
- Graduate-level degree in financial field.
- Proven work experience in project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Russian.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Data Entry skills.
- Strong business communication skills, including in-person, email, and phone communication.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
- Teamwork skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience and knowledge in the construction field will be a significant advantage.
