Creative Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the creative direction of marketing initiatives, from idea generation to implementation, while ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with business objectives. They play a crucial role in inspiring creativity, fostering collaboration, and achieving marketing success through innovative strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Idea Generation:

  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative and creative ideas for marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to incorporate fresh concepts into marketing strategies

  • Encourage a culture of creativity and idea-sharing within the marketing team.

• Strategy Development:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, incorporating creative concepts to effectively engage target audiences

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, sales, and advertising to integrate creative elements into overall marketing plans.

• Implementation:

  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring that creative vision is maintained throughout all stages

  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to bring marketing ideas to life across various platforms and mediums

  • Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize results, leveraging creativity to overcome challenges and drive success.

• Operations:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the creative marketing team, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress

  • Establish and maintain processes for efficient workflow, resource allocation, and project management within the marketing department

  • Track budget expenditures related to creative projects and ensure cost-effective use of resources while maintaining quality standards.

• Collaboration and Communication:

  • Foster collaboration and communication among team members, ensuring that everyone is aligned with project goals and timelines

  • Serve as a liaison between the marketing department and other departments or external partners, facilitating coordination and cooperation on cross-functional initiatives

  • Present creative concepts, campaign plans, and performance reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Innovative and creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English, Russian and Armenian)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
