SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial data and performance metrics to assess the organization's and its business lines’ financial state and improvement areas.
Analyze revenue trends, expense patterns, and profitability drivers.
Support on the monthly reporting and annual budget process, ensure calculation and review of monthly accruals.
Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted or forecasted figures and investigate variances.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and regulatory agencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate information sharing and alignment on financial goals.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects assigned by line manager.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Bachelor's degree in in Accounting, Finance or related field (Master's degree or ACCA is a plus).
Proven 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, investment evaluation or similar field.
Strong working knowledge of Excel. Power BI and SQL knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, attention to details and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.
High level of proficiency in English and Armenian both verbal and written.
Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
