EY Armenia invites applications from qualified candidates to fill the position of Junior HR / people advisory consultant for EY Tax practice.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Participates in provision of people advisory services to EY clients, within the scope of the Armenian tax legislation,
Participates in provision of payroll service to EY clients,
Prepares HR documents for EY client’s employees covering all cases in the duration of their employment,
Keeps logs of HR documents of employees and monitors their timely amendment,
Participates in resolution of daily issues,
Participates in preparation of different publications and marketing materials,
Other tasks per request of supervisor․

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Higher education in management, accounting or a related field
Knowledge of Armenian tax and labor legislation would be an asset,
Fluency in English and Russian both spoken and written,
Analytical and critical thinking,
Ability to work in a team, flexibility,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and Power Point),
High level of self-motivation, commitment to results․
