Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Marketing Manager?

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Lead the development of creative marketing content both manually and using AI tools, to ensure our brand message is consistent across all channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and operations to ensure brand consistency and meet marketing objectives
Keep abreast of emerging trends and incorporate new strategies and tactics into our brand marketing plan
Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across the organization
Define the positioning and packaging of our products based on competitive intelligence highlighting the features and benefits of our products and unique consumer insights
Communicate project requirements and messaging to cross-functional partners including product, marketing, development and sales
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing plans and work closely with cross-functional teams including media, social, PR, channels and etc.
Develop and deliver campaigns

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role
Fluent knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages
Proven experience with managing brands
Ability to think creatively and innovatively following industry trends
Solid knowledge of market research and data analysis methods
Good oral and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Detail and customer service oriented
