Imagine Live is looking for a Pitboss to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring table operations and dealer performance to meet operational goals.

The job is shift based.

Shifts

1st day: 08:00-16:00
2nd day: 16:00-00:00
3rd day: 00:00-08:00

After these 3 working days, employees have 2 days off and return to work with the same shifts.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Effectively monitor tables operations and activities during the shift
Make sure game rules and procedures are in line with the operational standards
Monitor dealers/shufflers' conduct and performance
Monitor player behavior and report for any violations
Monitor chats and respond to customers complaints regarding problem gambling, unfair play or cheating
Prepare daily rota and break list for the staff on shift
Handle reports and communication with various departments and partners

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Bachelor’s degree or higher education would be a plus
Knowledge of Armenian and English languages
Adaptability, flexibility
Decision making skills
Strong problem solving and organizational skills
Prior experience would be a plus
