We are looking for experienced, qualified, and passionate individuals to join our fast-growing team as Product Owner to spearhead the development and launch of our
telecom product. Initially, we will serve as a pivotal intermediary, facilitating seamless connections between
partners in the A2P messaging ecosystem. The Product Owner will lead the strategy from conception to
execution.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Develop and execute a comprehensive launch plan for our A2P messaging business, including
crafting the commercial strategy for our services.
Oversee the setup and configuration of the A2P messaging system, ensuring a smooth launch from
discussion to implementation.
Collaborate closely with the development team to establish seamless integrations between our
messaging system and partner platforms.
Identify market opportunities and customize services to meet customer needs in collaboration with
key stakeholders.
Drive market entry efforts by promoting our connecting services to potential clients and vendors.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with service providers, including Mobile Network
Operators (MNOs) and aggregators.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and
addressing any concerns.
Manage rate management processes, ensuring competitive pricing aligned with market standards.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our connecting services.
Provide high-level technical oversight, collaborating with the technical team to ensure seamless
operation.
Monitor financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure profitability.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Proven experience in A2P messaging with a strong understanding of the telecom industry and vendor relationships.
Successful track record in sales management, preferably within A2P messaging or related sectors.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks across multiple teams.
Technical acumen to effectively communicate with developers and oversee integration processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
