We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic and UI/UX Designer to elevate our marketing agency. In this role, you will lead the design of visual assets, user interfaces, and user experiences, ensuring they are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals and intuitive designs that drive user engagement and business results.

Graphic Design:
- Conceptualize and create visually stunning graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, website, presentations, and other brand collateral.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Stay abreast of design trends and industry best practices to keep our brand fresh and relevant.

UI/UX Design:
- Lead the design of user interfaces (UI) for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Work closely with developers to implement designs and ensure a seamless user experience.

Collaboration & Leadership:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to help them grow professionally.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in graphic design and UI/UX design.
- Proven track record of creating successful designs that drive user engagement and business results.

Skills & Proficiencies:
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and UI/UX design tools (Figma, InVision, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in motion graphics or animation.
- Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
