We need a Senior Tech Recruiter with HR expertise to join our partner's team at Grigoryan Construct and handle the whole cycle of recruitment and HR at later stages.

Grigoryan Construct is an expert in trading in the cryptocurrency and securities industry, developing platforms for users and companies focused on trading on crypto exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX, Kucoin) and traditional security exchanges (NYSE, NASDAQ, MOEX). With a team of 20-25 professionals, they emphasize openness, creativity, and initiative to drive progress in the industry.

Currently, we are collaborating with Grigoryan Construct to support their recruitment efforts for the Senior Tech Recruiter role.

About you
As a Senior Tech Recruiter specializing in both tech and HR, your primary role will involve sourcing and attracting tech talent while overseeing the entire recruitment process. With fluency in English, you'll ensure seamless communication and engagement with candidates. As the team expands, you'll also transition into managing HR processes, demonstrating your versatility and proficiency in both recruitment and HR management

Performance objectives
Three key performance objectives are:

1. Conduct recruitment effectively, streamline recruitment processes, and develop effective strategies to attract top talent.
2. Establish HR procedures correctly to enhance overall functionality and ensure compliance with regulations.
3. Collaborate effectively with the team and management to cultivate a positive work environment, communicate effectively, and achieve goals.

1. Conduct recruitment effectively, streamline recruitment processes, and develop effective strategies to attract top talent.
Typical tasks here include:

  • Fill more than 20 technical positions by the end of the year using various ways to find people.
  • Write clear job descriptions and set up organized interviews for each job.
  • Keep track of candidates in a database and follow their progress.
  • Keep candidates interested by staying in touch with them.
  • Watch how long it takes to hire someone and how well different ways of finding people work.
  • Make sure everything goes smoothly from finding people to them saying yes to the job.
  • Keep getting better at finding the best people for the job.

2. Establish HR procedures correctly to enhance overall functionality and ensure compliance with regulations.
Typical tasks here include:

  • Make a plan to improve HR and watch how it's going in all HR areas like bringing in new hires, helping them do well, training, keeping them motivated, saying goodbye to people leaving, and managing HR tasks.
  • Check if HR plans are working and change them if needed to help the company and make employees happy.
  • Plan HR spending.

3. Collaborate effectively with the team and management to cultivate a positive work environment, communicate effectively, and achieve goals.
Typical tasks here include:

  • Attend regular strategic meetings with management to share ideas and agree on what to do.
  • Work closely with other departments like Marketing and accounting to make things easier and reach goals together.
  • Work with hiring managers to hire the right people who fit with what the company needs and believes in.
  • Take charge of projects to make the company a better place to work with a friendly atmosphere for everyone.

Expected results

  1. Within the 1st phase of cooperation, which lasts up to 6 months, your main focus will be driving the recruitment efforts to fill key technical roles, ensuring a robust team to support their growth.
  2. Transitioning into Phase 2, you'll expand your role to establish comprehensive HR processes, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

Before applying, please consider the following prerequisites:

  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience, as you will be solely responsible for the entire HR/recruitment process.
  • Proficiency in English, as the team comprises individuals from various nationalities, and English serves as the primary communication language.
  • Knowledge of developing HR processes and policies to manage the entire HR cycle, as you will be the decision-maker in HR.
  • An open and honest mindset, as aligned with the company's core values.

Hiring stages

1) Phone screening - Discuss organizational goals, career background, and assess your interest in the role. The call will be conducted by Hayk Harutyunyan from Magnus and will last up to 15 minutes.
2) A practical task - Creating a practical HRM/Recruitment task to evaluate candidates' professional skills and language proficiency.
3) Professional Interview - A detailed discussion with a recruiter from the Magnus team to assess your qualifications, experience, and potential fit for the position.
4) Interview with CEO - Inviting the brightest candidates to meet the CEO of Grigoryan Construct.
5) Offer negotiations and final offer.
