We are looking for a Trading Support Specialist to monitor, maintain, and optimize our trading platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, technical troubleshooting skills, and experience working with trading systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Trading Systems Monitoring and Support:
Monitor trading platforms and systems in real-time.
Detect, analyze, and resolve technical and operational issues.
Support traders and clients with inquiries related to trading platforms.
Work closely with the IT department and brokers to resolve technical problems promptly.
System Optimization and Troubleshooting:
Configure and test new platform functionalities.
Analyze logs to identify and diagnose trading operation failures.
Document incidents and develop recommendations for issue prevention.
Financial Operations and Payments:
Collaborate with banks and financial institutions on payment, settlement, and financial transactions.
Ensure smooth execution of payment processing and reconciliation tasks.
Qualifications:
Experience in trading system support, middle office, or IT support in the financial industry.
Strong understanding of financial markets and trading principles.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VBA)
Experience in banking and financial transactions is an advantage.
Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and quick problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English (B2 and above) for communication with international partners.
