Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ
- Financial Accuracy: Review, process, and compile accounting transactions and documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Account Reconciliation: Conduct account reconciliations as needed, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
- Data Management: Maintain and update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute monthly and weekly financial reports, summarizing financial performance and key metrics.
- Analysis: Prepare comprehensive financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial data, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to improve financial systems and processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ years in Finance.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions).
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot numerical errors.
- Team Player: Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Analytical Mind: Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Additioanl Skills: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero) is a plus.
- Language: Fluency in English is a must.
- Level: Junior
