Health For Armenia is dedicated to transforming healthcare in Armenia by developing leaders, fostering innovation, and advancing systems to ensure equitable access to quality healthcare for all. We work to improve primary care in Armenia, particularly in rural areas, by closing the gap between the needs of underserved communities and the knowledge and skills of primary care physicians. We also aim to foster trust in the primary care system among the population and establish a resilient alumni network of healthcare leaders to fortify Armenia's healthcare system. To this end, we train effective and engaged healthcare transformation champions through our Healthcare Leadership Program (HLP). These Doctor-Leaders will improve the health of the communities they serve, strengthening the primary care system.

We envision an Armenia where everyone, regardless of their circumstances, has access to high-quality, affordable healthcare driven by a resilient, just, and patient-centered system. In the long term, we are cultivating a network of changemakers—doctors, alumni, government officials, community partners, and supporters. As a new organization with a growing team, every team member plays a pivotal in the organization's success.
