Необходимые документы
- заявление
- три цветные фотографии размером 35 х 45 мм.
- паспорт, копия паспорта и нотариально заверенный перевод паспорта на армянский язык
- документы, подтверждающие обстоятельства для получения статуса резидента (продления статуса резидента) в Республике Армения
- справка о состоянии здоровья
- квитанция об оплате госпошлины.
Решение о предоставлении статуса временного или постоянного жительства принимает Паспортно-визовый отдел Полиции РА (ОВИР) в течение 30 дней после получения документов, указанных в разделе «Порядок получения гражданства».
Что касается разрешения на работу, человек должен быть нанят работодателем, который должен предоставить предложение о работе, после чего заявитель должен обратиться в Министерство труда и социальных дел Армении для получения разрешения на работу.
