Job Description:
As the Art Director, you will be responsible for leading our creative team in the development and execution of visually stunning and engaging artwork for our iGaming products. Leveraging your extensive experience in the industry, you will drive the artistic vision, ensure visual consistency across projects, and inspire creativity among team members.

Job responsibilities
- Creative Leadership: Lead our team of designers and artists to create captivating visuals that enhance user engagement.
- Brand Development: Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
- Project Management: Oversee the design process from concept to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating cutting-edge design techniques to keep our offerings fresh.
- Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with executive management to align visual strategies with business objectives.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior art or creative leadership roles in iGaming.
- Exceptional artistic talent with proficiency in digital art creation, illustration, and animation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate team members.
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud and 3D modeling/rendering software.
- Deep understanding of game development processes and technical requirements for integrating art assets.
Required candidate level: C level
