Job description:

The Department Assistant is an administrative/support position entailing assistance and support to the activities of the assigned department.

Job responsibilities

  • Complete, translate, print, and bind reports, proposals and other documentation;
  • Format the documents in compliance to Firm's standard;
  • Draft and translate Division’s reports and documents;
  • Maintain and duly update the list of clients and their contact information;
  • Ensure general order and tidiness in the Department work area.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in linguistics,
  • Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors,
  • Strong proficiency in English and Russian languages,
  • Strong PC skills with the following software required: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
