Job description:

LMS LLC is looking for an experienced DC Team Leader, who will lead the Soft collection program implementation team and will be responsible for achieving the set goal.

Job responsibilities

• Monitor the ongoing work of the team and come up with appropriate recommendations,
• Develop and implement team development plan and track performance,
• Meet with team members regularly and discuss relevant issues,
• Involve employees in company,
• Prepare daily reporting about teamwork outcomes, outgoing / incoming calls,
• Conduct a team development process on a monthly basis,
• Submit report to the DC head daily, weekly, and monthly basis,
• Implement other tasks assigned by the supervisor,
• Control shifts & attendance.

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in financial-banking field,
• At least 1 year experience as manager,
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel program,
• Excellent knowledge of Russian or English language is mandatory,
• University degree in Economics, Management or Finance,
• Knowledge of team management procedures,
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work,
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent written and advanced verbal communication skills,
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task,
• Strong team player.
