Job description:
BostonGene is a pioneer company that uses biomedical software to identify new and personalized treatment options with next-generation multi-platform analytics, improving and optimizing cancer patient outcomes. We develop a distributed information and analytical system that provides oncologists with the necessary data for diagnosis and personalized treatment of patients.

Job responsibilities
- Support and monitor the existing infrastructure;
- Develop new tools to enhance infrastructure efficiency and performance;
- Research emerging technologies for continuous improvement;
- Identify opportunities to optimize infrastructure processes;
- Collaborate with the team to implement innovative solutions;
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices;
- Contribute to the overall infrastructure strategy and roadmap;
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
- At least 2 year's of industry experience;
- Basic Linux knowledge and its tooling;
- Knowledge of TCP/IP stack, common protocols and ability to debug network related issues;
- Basic experience with configuration management tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including Ansible and Terraform/Terragrunt;
- Ability to automate tasks using scripting languages, preferrably Bash and Python;
- Fluency in Russian, intermediate proficiency in English;
- High-level of self-control and motivation;
- Readiness to work on research tasks long-term;
Nice to have
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
- Experience with any monitoring tools (Grafana, Alertmanager, Prometheus, etc.)
