Job responsibilities

- Prepare and implement individual and group tourist products and MICE for clients from English and Arabic-speaking countries.
- Handle business correspondence and document management
- Organize personalized service: booking hotels, transport services, restaurants, and event tickets.
- Negotiate with local service providers to ensure the best terms and services.
- Monitor and analyze the local market to improve the quality of services offered.
- Develop and implement new experiences based on the requirements and interests of clients.
- Participate in international exhibitions.

Required qualifications

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluency in English and Russian, Arabic is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Understanding of the culture and preferences of clients from the Middle East.
- Experience in tourism, hospitality, or the event industry, with knowledge of Armenian tourist destinations.
- Ability to multitask and manage stressful situations.

Required candidate level: Senior

Salary: 300000 AMD - 1000000 AMD Gross a month
