Job description:
We are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex issues related to the company and intellectual property law, spanning across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will be involved in legal research, contract management, and providing crucial support to our HR and Finance teams.

Job responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and provide insights and solutions to legal issues.
- Review, negotiate, and draft contracts and other legal documents.
- Translate legal documents and ensure compliance across different jurisdictions.
- Provide tailored legal advice and assistance to the HR and Finance departments.
- Handle copyright infringement cases and prepare necessary legal documentation.
- Engage in daily activities such as responding to emails, participating in meetings, and providing ongoing legal support to various departments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required qualifications
- LL.B. degree (e.g., UFAR, YSU, Slavonic) and an LL.M. from a US law school or AUA would be an asset.
- 1-2 years of experience as an in-house legal assistant, preferably within the tech industry.
- Strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, with a solid understanding of intellectual property issues relevant to Armenian and US laws.
- Proficient in English and Armenian; Russian proficiency is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively identifying and researching complex legal issues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
- High professional standards with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
- Good academic and professional track record, with additional qualifications in tech law, considered an asset.
