Job description:

The successful candidate will be responsible will be response for the design, implementation and maintenance of Windows/Linux network security systems built on Kaspersky Lab products

Functional Responsibilities:

☑️ Holding on presentations of technical of products (solutions) for partners and customers.

☑️ Solutions technical presale , communication with the customer’s specialist

☑️ Consulting on the use and operation of solutions

☑️ Preliminary study of the customer's IT infrastructure for pilot pilot projects implementation and further integration

☑️ Architecture development based on technical analysis and customer needs

☑️ Preparation of technical sizing for implementation of solutions

☑️ Pilot deployment, installation, and settings of solutions as in the laboratory conditions, also in the end user’s company.

☑️ Preparing and conducting the program and method of testing (PMT)

☑️ Consulting on the occurring problem with the usage and conducting technical support of solutions.

☑️ Preparing of descriptions, instructions for the technical support.

☑️ Explore and certify new products / disciplines

Requirements:

☑️ Higher education

☑️ Minimum 2 years of technical support and / or IT / Information Security solutions implementation experience

☑️ Knowledge of the networking protocols’ principles, the principles of building networks

☑️ Understanding of backup and recovery technologies and processes. (experience with Veritas, Veeam solutions will be an advantage)

☑️ Practical skills of working with various virtualization environments: VMware, Hyper-V (required)

☑️ Experience in installing, administering, and supporting server OS: Windows and Linux operating systems

☑️ Experience in installing, administering, and supporting server software

☑️ Storage deployment and maintenance experience (preferable)

☑️ Knowledge of the server hardware and the ability to diagnose and troubleshooting problems

☑️ Knowledge of Russian and English level intermediate

☑️ Working with technical documentation, written and verbal communication with the vendor's specialists
