Buy Armenian/AEKS is hiring!
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual interested in E-commerce to work in our Yerevan office for shipping from Yerevan to US, and from US to Yerevan.

Job responsibilities

- Answer phones and greet vendors.
- Accept deliveries of packages from vendors.
- Check the quality of packages - correct labeling/weight.
- Assist vendors with packaging.
- Ensure all required documents for related packages are provided by vendors and correctly filled out.
- Record packages on an Excel sheet.
- Prepare a list for a shipping agent to pick up.
- Pick up packages when necessary.
- Assist in filing duties.
- Translation when necessary from English to Armenian and Russian.
- Maintain stock of packing materials.

Required qualifications

- Good reading and writing skills in English, Armenian and Russian.
- Good communication.
- An ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Punctuality.
- Knowing Word, Excel and Google docs.

Required candidate level: Junior
