Job description:

Mixxup is currently looking for an office manager.

Job responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls and workplace communications (in English, Russian, and Armenian).
  • Update the CRM system with the most recent data.
  • Create and distribute announcements.
  • Prepare the required paperwork.
  • Keep an eye on the availability and placement of office supplies, equipment, and other supplies.
  • Plan events and gatherings.

Required qualifications

  • Proficient command of Russian, Armenian, and English;
  • Proficient communication abilities;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Possessing initiative and planning abilities.

Required candidate level: Mid level
