Job description:

We at Business Solutions LLC are in search of Call Center Agents (Customer Support) to join our friendly team and provide the highest level of service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, ensuring smooth operations within the department, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality support.

Job responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding customers through corrective steps
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction
  • Support the operations team with various administrative tasks as needed
  • Identify, escalate priority issues and report to the high-level management

Required qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
