Job description:

A member of the Squad responsible for the “what” of respective Squad in terms of backlog management and day-to-day priorities including, releasing a product that meets customer needs to achieve Tribe’s goals and defining and prioritizing requirements (stories) in Squad’s backlog.


Job responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the product strategy
  • Create and manage product roadmap, timeline, budget
  • Define product requirements
  • Maintain the Squad backlog, ensure that new user stories and tasks are added and the backlog is continuously kept up to date
  • Prioritize features and backlog by holding meetings with the Squad to prioritize the backlog
  • Participate in planning of the Tribe’s super-sprint to reaffirm priorities and clarify the requirements
  • Ensure that the products meet the needs of customers and align with business goals
  • Support/facilitate all Squad ceremonies
  • Interact with other Squads and other Tribes as part of Squad synchronization ceremonies to implement cross-Squad tasks
  • Communicate with partners/stakeholders
  • Manage relationship with partners/ stakeholders
  • Define necessary competencies in the Squad together with the Tribe/Chapter Lead
  • Give feedback to all Squad Members at the end of each sprint

Required qualifications


Professional Craft

  • University degree in economics, finance or information technologies
  • Strong understanding of core levers of the business and industry trends
  • Experience and proven knowledge in relevant field/product/customer segment
  • Experience in implementation of complex and multifunctional projects related to banking technology or participation in such projects
  • Strong knowledge in product development and product management
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Ability to create value propositions towards customers, act as “voice of customer”

Skills

  • Non-hierarchical and collaborative approach when interacting with Squad
  • Ability to lead a squad of diverse people, including technical engineers
  • Ability to create a culture of innovation based on experimenting and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong critical thinking and ability to find new solutions
