Job description:

• In accordance with the Quality Control Plan, execute the specific inspections on material, equipment and construction/installation activities on site, following relevant specified procedures, issuing the relevant Quality Records.
• Issue the relevant Quality Records and provide support to project team for non-conformances reports.
• Support the Project Quality Manager in the development of NC and Corrective Action Procedures.

Verify that the specifications and standards set forth in the Inspection Test Plan are followed and adhered to:

• Ensure proper implementation of work site checklists.
• Ensure all quality inspections on materials arriving on site.
• Organize on-site inspections in collaboration with the Construction Manager and the Project Engineer.
• Manage final inspections of work performed.
• Be Responsible for the daily compilation of quality inspection reports.
• Keep the inspection registry up-to-date.
• Supervise on-site laboratory activities.
• Orderly collect and manage/check documents certifying test, controls and inspection documents, ensuring that all works and testing related reports/records are properly retrievable within the final Quality dossier.
• Check the quality of suppliers' work.
• In case of subcontractor activities, ensure the correct implementation of the approved Quality Control Plans/ Inspection Test Plans, witnessing inspection and collecting relevant Quality Control records.

It would be also preferable as additional tasks to:

• Check the availability and adequacy of consumables and equipment / instrumentation used for execution and control.
• Hold Quality Toolbox Meetings with subcontractors once well-established on-site team.
• The candidate shall speak English to a level that enables her/him to perform his/her jobs effectively, she/he is required to understand instructions or communicate effectively with site personnel and customers.
