Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall development and implementation of front-end applications. In this role you will be expected to not only excel in technical skills but also contribute to the overall success of the development team through leadership, mentorship, and a holistic understanding of frontend architecture and best practices.

Job responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using Python
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic
- Implement data storage solutions, such as databases and caching mechanisms, to ensure optimal performance
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the quality of the deliverables
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance application performance
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and share knowledge within the development team
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a Python Developer, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React preferrably)
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
