Job description:
We are looking for new proactive team member with strong strategic and analytical thinking to join our Market conduct and securities market participants Supervision team.

Job responsibilities
- Perform prudential supervision of the securities market infrastructure, investment companies, and public investment (including pension) fund managers by instigating supervisory measures.
- Evaluate the risks associated with stock market infrastructure, investment companies, and public investment (including pension) fund managers, identifying contributing factors
- Initiate preemptive control measures to ensure that their capital, liquidity, and management systems, including risk management, are commensurate with the assumed risks.
- Assess the compliance of investment (including pension) funds' activities, including investment policy adherence, capital gains calculation, securities issuance, placement, and redemption, by implementing control measures.
- Monitor market conduct, including the detection and prevention of unfair information use and/or price abuse, through the initiation of supervisory measures.
Required qualifications
- Bachelors or Master's degree in finance, economics field
- At least 2 years of work experience in the Financial sector
- In-depth knowledge of banking legislation and regulatory framework
- Knowledge of accounting, risk management and finance
- Knowledge of the legislation and regulatory framework governing the securities market sector
- Skills in working with MS Office program (in particular: Word, Excel, Power Point, OutLook, Project), Meeting software (in particular: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet)
- Knowledge of MS Office software specifically Word, Excel, Power Point, OutLook, Project
- Knowledge of remote communication programs specifically Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, fluent in Russian and English
As well as:
- Ability to analyze data, recognize trends and draw comprehensive conclusions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Ability to work in a team, orientation towards a common team goal
Will be considered as an advantage:
- Possession of analytical experience pertaining to the execution of financial analysis concerning financial instruments and foreign currency pricing, encompassing Fundamental Analysis and Technical Analysis
- Possession of pertinent international qualifications
