Job description:

The incumbent will be responsible for issuance and service of plastic cards.

Job responsibilities

Register new cards and share information about card transactions
Maintain registers for the cards received by the Unit and for the issued cards; prepare relevant reports
Perform operations in AS Operational Day software within assigned authorities
Run tasks from Smart Vista software remote workstation
Maintain card transaction statistics
Handle paper flow of the unit, draft letters and references
Follow up on the Card Issuing team document management both in hard form and electronically (through Outlook and other systems)
File the documents of the unit

Required qualifications

University degree in finance, economics or technical filed
One year of work experience in the banking sector
Good knowledge of banks and banking legislation and bylaws
Basic knowledge of MS Office, ArmSoft, Smart Vista
Stress tolerance and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and work in an efficient manner
Flexibility and team-player skills
Proficiency in Armenian and Russian; good knowledge of English

Required candidate level: Mid level
