Job description:
Tushpa Wine Cellar is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious wine tour guide to join our team. If you are an excellent storyteller with a knack for customer service, have outstanding communication skills, and are enthusiastic about wine, we are waiting for you!

Job responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Tasting Room which includes giving tours, tastings, visitor relations, staff performance and wine shop sales
- Take reservations for the visits
- Be timely and punctual with regards to scheduling requirements
- Generate visitors-customers through in-bound calls, emails and visits
- Inventory management of wine consumed during the visits and in the shop
- Handle routine purchasing transactions, including operating cash registers, and accounting for daily sales. Ensure that cash accounting is correct and complete at the end of the business day
- Ensure that the tasting room is neat and tidy at all times
Required qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to people at all levels
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Ability to work on weekends and some holidays
- Must possess a passion for wine and the wine industry
Required candidate level: Mid level
