Job description:

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in the creation and maintenance of robust, functional websites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in WordPress development, along with expertise in web technologies, theme and plugin customization, responsive design, SEO, and security best practices.

Job responsibilities

Utilize WordPress expertise to develop and maintain websites, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Customize themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements, including modifying existing code, creating child themes, and extending functionality.
Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites adapt seamlessly to various screen sizes and devices.
Incorporate SEO best practices into website development, including optimizing page titles, meta descriptions, heading tags, and site structure.
Implement security measures to safeguard websites from potential threats, including strong passwords, regular updates, backups, and data encryption.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients, understanding project requirements and providing regular updates on progress.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality websites that meet client expectations.

Required qualifications

Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing WordPress projects.
Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Expertise in theme and plugin customization, including modifying code and extending functionality.
Demonstrated experience in creating responsive websites that adapt to various screen sizes and devices.
Understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to implement them effectively.
Knowledge of WordPress security best practices and experience in implementing security measures.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Required candidate level: Mid level

Salary: 420000 AMD - 450000 AMD Net a month

Additional information

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted via mail or phone call within 2 weeks for interviews and a skill trial at the office.
Benefits will be applied after 90 days of probation of work.

Working Hours: 13:00 – 22:00 (Monday- Friday) including two 15-minutes coffee breaks, and a half an hour lunch.

Salary: 420,000 – 450,000 AMD per month
