Job Description:

Grant Thornton Armenia is looking for a Business Development Manager for its partner production company. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for export development, brand implementation, and driving growth strategies through market analysis and business performance optimization.

Job responsibilities
  • Defines long- and short-term business goals to increase export volumes, improve brand performance, and profitability.
  • Develops strategies for growth by identifying key business opportunities and risks in B2B channels, Travel Retail, and new markets.
  • Analyzes the market, competitors, and customer behavior at both local and global levels.
  • Proposes guidelines and KPIs to support brand development and optimize business performance.
  • Leads the execution of global marketing initiatives and ensures brand consistency across markets.
  • Manages marketing activities, coordinates with local teams, and ensures alignment with brand strategy.
  • Oversees business development teams and fosters a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in management, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in international business development.
  • At least 5 years of managerial or business development experience in an international organization.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with strong knowledge and experience in brand management.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong business and analytical skills, and financial knowledge.
  • Fluent in Armenian, English, and Russian, both written and spoken.
