Job Description:

The Armenian Branch of Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as “SE Branch”) is in search of dynamic and sharp-minded, energetic candidates to join our esteemed  and professional team as a Storekeeper.

SE branch provides operation and maintenance services in the Yerevan Combined Cycle Power Plant 2 (YCCPP2), address: Artsakh 4th lane 14/1, 0053 Yerevan, Armenia

Job responsibilities
    • the provision of the reorder proposals to the technical departments of the SE branch,
    • maintaining existing stores, the stores organization and numbering system,
    • preparing monthly, quarterly and other on demand store reports,
    • keeping the minimum stock level of all store items, ensuring the availability and trackability of all required items,
    • checking the parts quality and quantity during receiving, checking the compliance of the deliveries with the corresponding order,
    • maintaining the spare parts in the store management internal system (BFS), that all data are available and correct,
    • performing regular stores inventory checks,
    • taking care and preserving the spare parts properly, making sure, that all parts are adequately stored and in good condition,
    • hand overing spare parts upon request according to internal procedures,
    • other responsibilities related to storekeeping processes.
Required qualifications
    • Higher education
    • 3-5 years of related work experience
    • Experience in forklift operation, forklift driving license is advantage
    • Fluency in written and spoken English, Armenian
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Office), Outlook, Cloud based databases experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills (some experiences in working with foreigners)
    • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
    • Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability of keeping a positive attitude
    • Globally minded and eager to work with people from diverse backgrounds and holding diverse viewpoints
