We’re searching for an enthusiastic and talented Mid Level Compliance Specialist to support our global finance operations. If you’re ready to dive into a dynamic environment and grow with an innovative company, we’d love to hear from you! 

Job responsibilities
  • Monitor day-to-day business activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Investigate potential compliance issues, report findings, and collaborate with management to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in generating reports and tracking compliance data to ensure accurate and consistent record-keeping.
  • Prepare regular compliance reports for the Compliance Director and senior management.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and assist in implementing controls to mitigate those risks.
  • Establish and conduct ongoing monitoring of the organization's business practices to ensure full compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
  • Support internal and external compliance audits by gathering relevant documentation and assisting with review procedures.
  • Assist finance team in compiling, analyzing, and preparing managerial reports.
  • Support finance team in reconciling accounts and resolving any discrepancies in financial records.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CCEP, CAMS or equivalent are preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in compliance, legal, risk, or a related area within financial services, preferably with a credit institution or payment services provider.
  • Working knowledge of compliance-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and products.
  • Demonstrated ability to assist the Compliance Director with designing, implementing, and maintaining an effective compliance program, policies, and procedures.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.
  • Close to native fluency in English.
