Procurement Specialist/Senior Specialist

• Organizing and managing Procurement process
• Organizing and providing Requests for quotations
• Providing the minimum acceptable quantity of property in the warehouse, according to the received applications
• Accompanying suppliers to  the corresponding areas of the Bank to make estimates, depending on the type of procurement,
• Organizing the transportation of purchased goods to the warehouse
• Ensure documents circulation among partners.

• Higher education, preferably in Economics or Finances 
• At least one year of professional work experience is required
• Experience in organizing and managing tenders
• Knowledge of Banking legislation
• Good command of Russian and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
