Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all documentation is completed and signed, while supporting the onboarding processes.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of attendance timesheets (i.e. sick time, maternity leave).
Manage payroll processing using the 1C platform, ensuring accurate data entry and timely submissions.
Provide support for hotel-wide HR projects, including associate recognition programs, CSR activities, parties, employee related initiatives.
Offer day-to-day administrative support to employees as needed.
Provide support for recruitment activities as needed, including phone screenings and candidate interviews.
Support collaboration with educational institutions in alignment with IHG standards.
Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the HR field.
Languages: Fluent in Armenian, with an intermediate proficiency in Russian and English.
Knowledge: Familiarity with labor law and payroll practices.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changes; solid proficiency in Excel; keen attention to detail and accuracy.
