Human Resources Specialist

• Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all documentation is completed and signed, while supporting the onboarding processes. 

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of attendance timesheets (i.e. sick time, maternity leave). 

• Manage payroll processing using the 1C platform, ensuring accurate data entry and timely submissions. 

• Provide support for hotel-wide HR projects, including associate recognition programs, CSR activities, parties, employee related initiatives. 

• Offer day-to-day administrative support to employees as needed. 

• Provide support for recruitment activities as needed, including phone screenings and candidate interviews. 

• Support collaboration with educational institutions in alignment with IHG standards. 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, or a related field. 

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the HR field. 

• Languages: Fluent in Armenian, with an intermediate proficiency in Russian and English. 

• Knowledge: Familiarity with labor law and payroll practices. 

• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changes; solid proficiency in Excel; keen attention to detail and accuracy.
