Legal Department projects expert

• Development, introduction (as necessary) of civil-legal agreements necessary for the Bank's activities, including their templates, their legal review
• Drafting civil-legal contracts, including other civil-legal documents, necessary for the Bank's new business products and, if necessary, introduction of their templates (as needed)
• Provision of legal clarifications to the Bank's management, structural and territorial units regarding RA laws, other legal acts, international treaties (as necessary), and civil-legal transactions (as necessary)
• Conducting relevant seminars and training courses as needed
• Participation in the training process of new employees
• Fulfilment of other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department

• Higher legal education
• 3+ years of professional work experience is a must
• Knowledge of RA civil, administrative, judicial, and labor legislation
• Good command of Russian and English
• MS Office and IRTEK software skills
