Our story dates back to 2017, when our team started to explore deeper HRTech products and initiated a massive research, inviting Talent Acquisition specialists from 20+ countries and 30+ different industries to participate and share their views on future of recruitment software and HRTech in general. The research showed, that the world of HRTech needs a new breadth, a new approach to talent acquisition automation, and candidate experience. Within a couple of months our MVP (minimum viable product) was ready, another couple of months and we started to onboard our first clients.
Now, Hirebee serves more than 3,000 clients worldwide, our clients create 15,000 new requisitions per day, and we work with 15,000+ talent acquisition specialists from 4 different parts of the world. As a political science third-year undergraduate and international student studying at UC Berkeley, I am often confronted with the overwhelming sense of being a small fish in a big pond.
