Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Business Process Manager?

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Обязанности

Analyze existing business processes for improvement and optimization.
Design and document new processes aligning with business objectives and best practices.
Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure process designs meet business needs.
Lead the implementation of new processes, defining roles, responsibilities, and timelines.
Coordinate with IT teams for system integration and automation to support improvements.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
Develop KPIs and metrics to measure process performance.
Monitor process execution, identify bottlenecks or deviations, and implement corrective actions.
Continuously optimize processes based on feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices.
Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during process changes.
Communicate process changes, gather feedback, and address concerns with stakeholders.
Ensure that processes comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all business processes, workflows, and related procedures.

Требования

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Armenian and English languages.
At least 3 years of working experience in business process management, process improvement, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and identify optimization opportunities.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in process modeling and mapping tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) and project management software.
Knowledge of business process automation, workflow optimization, and change management principles.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or Project Management (PMP) are a plus.
Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
