In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have stron communication and listening skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.

- Answering incoming customer calls promptely and professionally.
- Assist customes with inquiries related to products, services, orders, and account information.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
Требования
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or telephone support roles is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent
