TokenWin is actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent (Russian Language) to join our dynamic team. Обязанности

Manage a high volume of incoming customer support requests via various channels, including mail, chat, and ticketing systems
Identify, prioritize, and escalate customer issues related to the betting industry to relevant departments or senior team members
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure the complete resolution of inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information
Evaluate and analyze customer requests, handling needs, and complaints specific to the betting industry
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, ensuring timely resolution
Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain organized documentation
Follow standard processes, procedures, and regulations tailored to the betting industry
Stay current with betting industry products, services, changes, and updates to deliver exceptional service and accurate information to customers

Требования

Good English and Russian communication skills
1.5 year+ of solid Customer Support experience in Online Betting platform
Knowledgeable in Online betting rules specifically in Sports book & Table Games
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in work approach
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
Able to work on shifting schedule
