Обязанности

• Develop and communicate the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
• Set long-term goals and formulate strategies to achieve them.
• Evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to department heads, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Collaborate with the CEO and other senior executives in developing and implementing strategic plans regarding Softconstruct’s brands to achieve organizational goals.
• Take strategic responsibility for implementing quality assurance ensuring that policies and procedures are implemented across services, meeting contractual and legal expectations.
• Liaise with the senior management team regarding the overall financial arrangements of all the operational services ensuring relevant budgets are adhered to.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions as needed to the CEO and Founders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting requirements, and internal controls.
• Represent the organization externally to stakeholders, including clients, partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Communicate effectively with the board of Founders, providing regular updates on organizational performance and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure that organizational change is managed in a restorative and positive manner when needed.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends.

Требования

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or any related field.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role like Chief Operating Officer, General Manager and similar positions with a track record of successfully driving organizational growth and performance.
• Good knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish good relationships with all stakeholders.
• Proven experience in Sound financial and budget management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical leadership, integrity, and professional excellence.
• Good knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Open to travel and work flexible hours based on business needs.
