This is a full-time on-site role as Deputy Head of the Technical Support Department at CreedRoomz. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, providing technical support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing project management activities.

Обязанности
- Organize the maintenance of the equipment used in the live-studio and the solution of the problems that arise.
- Control the work processes of servers and equipment, the operation of the cooling system and etc.
- To ensure uninterrupted operation of the equipment of the staff serving the studio.
- Regularly check the lighting of all gaming tables and compliance with established standards.
- Carry out regular monitoring of the local network.
- Monitor broadcast quality and availability.
- Conduct research to acquire new equipment.
- To maintain contact with foreign companies producing equipment.
Требования
- Customer Support, Technical Support, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in managing projects and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- At least 5 years of experience in IT field.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages
