We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

Обязанности

Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Manage day-to-day social media activities (making stories, posting, monitoring)
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Manage the digital marketing calendar events/promotions and other duties aligned
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Maintain the online presence and reputation of the company
Monitor social media and Google Analytics
Measure digital traffic
Create Video content (reels)

Требования

At least 2 year job experience as a social media specialist
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
Ability to create creative content
Excellent critical thinking, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills.
